Gracie turned five today. I don't know too many people who get more excited about their birthday than Gracie.
It was a good day. A little hard for us to believe that five years have passed, but still good.
supplies Skype with the Hunts + cookie lollipops for preschool + non-Christmasy flowers + a big bowl of clementines • birthday balloon tied to the chair at breakfast + muffin tin lunch + making flower pots (the preferred treat around here, in lieu of birthday cake) + pig Webkinz + Skype with Aunt Marie + CAMERA + dinosaurs + pink ballet shoes + the whole pink ensemble from Grandma and Grandpa, worked out long in advance by special request + the finished flower pots + paparazzi + lots of non-pictured, good moments throughout the day
