The 116th Cheyenne Frontier Days has come to an end. Despite the fact we feared the intense schedule would do us in, we made it. It was an amazing experience filled with incredibly kind people, and we know how lucky we are to have experienced it the way we did this summer. It also feels a lot like the clock struck midnight: the Dodge Ram 2500 Longhorn extended bed truck has been returned. Our Chute keys are no longer needed. Our parade costumes are back in the parade barn. My date with a Canon 70-200 mm IS lens ended at the UPS counter this afternoon. We're half afraid our cowboy/cowgirl clothes will turn into rags overnight : ) Stay tuned for a whole bunch of recaps, though, just as soon as we figure out our regular lives again.
