The Year of the Dinosaur
Gracie was torn between her three costume ideas—a dinosaur, a paleontologist, and an owl. The T-Rex won out in the end, though I wouldn't be surprised if she makes 2011 The Year of the Paleontologist.
We had many, many opportunities to dress up this October with so many community events going on, but in the end I picked three: Bridget's preschool party (Maddie and Gracie got to go since it was conference day), a family friend's birthday party, and actual trick-or-treat. Because really, how many Halloween treats does one family need?
